XPT Self-Spotting Bar

The XPT self spotting bar can be retrofitted to any existing power rack that has at least 5/8 inch diameter holes on the front of the uprights, that is made up of at least 11 gauged steel and is either 3 x 3, 3 x 2, 2 x 2 or 2 x 3 ( Width x Depth in inches. The 2 x 2 and 2 x 3 sizes require an extra add on roller kit for an extra 99.99$). This bar makes adding a self spotting option for overcoming isometrics, bar launches, lifting with no spotter and many other uses, to your training space easy. It takes up no extra space. When not in use, it can either be stored by placing it high on the rack out of the way, or can be easily taken off the rack all together.

Dimensions length of the bar is 86 inches wide. Starting weight is 110 lbs. Counter balancing the bar to 45lbs option to come in the future. *These are scheduled to ship early February 2023.
